Ewout’s professional path started in the telecommunications sector, where he gained invaluable experience both in Switzerland and internationally. Concurrently, he enhanced his expertise with degrees from Harvard Business School in Boston and INSEAD in Singapore.

For a decade, Ewout Kea served as CEO of a major Swiss company active in billing, collection, and customer service. In this role, he carried out an organisational restructuring, implemented process digitalization, and ensured financial performance optimisation. His next challenge saw him as Marketing Director for a newspaper publishing group, where he drove revenue growth, guided digital transition, developed innovative marketing strategies, and enhanced customer service.

Committed to continuous learning, he became a certified member of the Swiss Institute of Directors (SIoD) and completed a certification from MIT Sloan School of Management (AI: Implications for Business Strategy).

Since 2023, Ewout Kea has been managing diverse mandates, guiding CEOs in their strategic and operational reflections. He also shares his expertise in digital transformation and marketing as an external lecturer at HES-SO.
